Roads are HellPrivacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Roads are Hell (the "Game", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you play the Game on Android. The Game is developed by HB Hammad Dyar (Dyar.pk). By playing the Game you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
a) Information you provide
- Rider name: the name you type in your profile. It stays on your device and in your cloud save.
- Google Play Games sign-in (optional): if you sign in, we receive your Play Games player ID, display name and avatar so we can save your progress to the cloud and show you on leaderboards and achievements.
- Support messages: if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
b) Information stored on your device
- Game data: coins, gems, wins in each city, bikes, paints, upgrades, missions, challenges, achievements, gang points, reputation, records and settings. This is saved on your phone, and in your Google Play Games cloud save if you signed in.
c) Information collected automatically
- Technical data: when the Game checks for a new version, your device connects to Google's servers (Firebase), which receive your IP address and basic technical information, like any internet request.
- Google Play data: Google Play may collect crash reports and usage data under Google's own policies.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data. The Game currently shows no ads and has no in-app purchases. If this changes, we will update this policy first.
2. How we use information
- To run the Game, save your progress and restore it on a new device.
- To power leaderboards and achievements.
- To tell you when a new version of the Game is available.
- To fix bugs, prevent cheating and improve the Game.
- To answer your support requests.
3. Third-party services
The Game uses these services, which may collect information under their own privacy policies:

4. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with the service providers listed above to operate the Game, when required by law, or to protect our players and the Game. Your Play Games display name and scores may be visible to other players on leaderboards.
5. Gangs
The other riders shown in your gang are computer-controlled. Joining a gang does not share your information with other players.
6. Data retention and deletion
Game data on your phone stays until you delete the Game or clear its data. Cloud save data stays in your Google Play Games account until you delete it. You can ask us to help delete your data at any time – see our Delete Account & Data page.
7. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
8. Children's privacy
The Game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to certain processing. To use these rights, email hbhammaddyar0@gmail.com.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
