Roads are HellTerms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Roads are Hell mobile game (the "Game"), developed by HB Hammad Dyar (Dyar.pk). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. It's just a game
Roads are Hell is a cartoon game. Riding fast, running red lights, chasing with the police and other things in the Game are not advice for real life. On real roads, always wear a helmet, follow traffic rules and ride safely.
2. Licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game on your own device for non-commercial purposes.
3. Your account
You may sign in with Google Play Games. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for all activity on your account.
4. Virtual items
Coins, gems, bikes, paints, upgrades, boosts, reputation and other in-game items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you – not owned by you. We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items when updating the Game. If in-app purchases are added in the future, they will be processed by Google Play and refunds will follow Google Play's refund policy.
5. Fair play
You agree not to:
- cheat, or use hacks, mods, bots or exploits;
- manipulate leaderboards, races or records;
- copy, reverse-engineer, decompile or resell the Game;
- use offensive rider names;
- break any applicable law while using the Game.
We may reset progress or remove leaderboard entries that break these rules.
6. Bike and brand names
The Game shows motorcycles inspired by real models. Bike, maker and brand names belong to their owners. They are used only to describe the bikes, and the Game is not made, endorsed or sponsored by any motorcycle maker. The bikes in the Game are drawn by us and their in-game performance is not real-world data.
7. Events, races and rankings
Races, the Endless Highway, challenges, gang chests and leaderboards may change, pause or end at any time. Rewards are in-game only.
8. Intellectual property
The Game, its name, characters, artwork, music, code and all original content are owned by HB Hammad Dyar (Dyar.pk) and protected by copyright and other laws.
9. Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop the Game (fully or partly) at any time. Some features need an internet connection or the latest version.
10. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or always available.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, progress or virtual items, arising from your use of the Game.
12. Termination
You can stop using the Game and delete your data at any time (see Delete Account). We may end your access if you break these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continuing to play after changes means you accept the new Terms.
